JMicron Technology Corp., a Taiwan-based fabless IC design company, together with its wholly owned subsidiary KaiKuTek Inc., showcased new product solutions at a joint product launch event held on December 17, 2025, at the Bolin Tianrui Sheraton Hotel in Shenzhen. The event highlighted ultra-fast storage bridge chip solutions and next-generation millimeter-wave intelligent sensing technologies for customers and media.
During the event, JMicron showcased its next-generation multi-bay disk solution, JMS591, a hardware RAID controller supporting dual upstream interfaces of USB 20Gbps and eSATA and connecting up to five SATA devices. Designed for applications such as AI NAS and security systems, JMS591 features a new hardware RAID engine that significantly improves rebuild speed while maintaining backward compatibility with JMB393. JMicron also presented its JMS581 series external multimedia backup solutions and JMS586 series NVMe SSD bridge solutions, demonstrating a diversified high-speed storage portfolio.
